Hi there!
I'm Shannon- wife, mom, grandma and coach. I started out in the fitness industry way back in the 90's when step aerobics was all the rage. I've always been a fairly "in shape" person and I've gone through many years of on again off again health and fitness.
I'd always been able to hit the gym after months or years of falling off the wagon and get back in shape no problem.....until my mid 40's. Perimenopause hit and no matter what diet or exercise I tried- I couldn't get my body to change.
I was frustrated and feeling hopeless. Then I discovered flexible dieting (counting macros) and lifting heavy weights. I transformed my body and got in the best shape of my entire life and I never looked back.
Today I help women over 40 lose fat, build muscle and have more energy and vitality than ever before. No matter if you're 40 or 70, I can help you get rid of fat and get strong and healthy so you can live your best life in this second half.
