Delivery Policy

 

All digital products (e.g., recipe books, training programs, coaching resources) are delivered via email or through our coaching app platform (e.g., Trainerize) within 24 hours of purchase. If you do not receive access or download instructions within this time frame, please reach out to us at shannon@myvitalcoach.com

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a program, digital product, or coaching service has been delivered or accessed.

 

Exceptions may be made under special circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, email us at shannon@myvitalcoach.com within 7 days of your purchase.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

For subscription services (such as monthly workout plans or coaching), you may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle by contacting us at shannon@myvitalcoach.com or through your client portal. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

 

If you are on a coaching plan with a minimum commitment (e.g., 3 or 6 months), early cancellations will result in forfeiture of the remaining time and payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

Return Policy

 

As we do not sell physical products, we do not accept returns. If you experience any issues accessing a file or service, contact us for assistance and we will ensure you receive everything as promised.
